Two things.

1) www.ideaforge.com is already taken.

2) We like webnode.

3) I have a bad habit of saying how many things I'm going to write and then writing more than I say.

4) The basic reason is that the words "project echo" are almost impossible to hear wrongly over the phone and most people know how to spell them. The word "echo" was chosen for this reason and is the word used for the letter "E" in the Army Alphabet.  The word "Forge" is hard to say and understand, and some people aren't sure how to spell it. We're considering a name change from The Idea Forge to Project Echo. Give feedback!
